FOR THE ATTENTION OF OUR MEMBERS: NOTICE ON THE VERIFICATION OF TAXPAYER REGISTRATION RECORDS
Dear Member,
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Regulation on the Elections of the Governing Bodies of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, our members are required to verify the records held by our Chamber concerning their taxpayer status.
Should any information in these records require amendment, an application must be submitted in person by hand no later than the close of business on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, together with a petition addressed to the Secretariat General and supporting documents relating to the relevant tax registration. Our Chamber cannot be held responsible for any delays that may arise in applications submitted by post or through other means of notification.
Members who do not verify their taxpayer registration records within the specified period shall be deemed to have accepted the accuracy of the taxpayer registration information currently held by our Chamber.
Our members are hereby strongly advised to carry out the necessary checks in order to avoid any loss of rights or entitlements.
