GUIDANCE ON THE EU NET-ZERO INDUSTRY ACT PUBLISHED
Dear Member,
The guidance on the implementation of Article 25 of the European Union’s Net-Zero Industry Act (NZIA) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 31 August 2026.
The guidance provides contracting authorities with direction on the assessment of sustainability, non-price criteria and supply chain resilience in public procurement involving net-zero technologies. Members operating in the EU market in connection with these technologies are encouraged to review the guidance.
