REGARDING THE REGISTRATION OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES UNDER THE KKDIK REGULATION
Within the scope of the letter communicated to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), an important notice has been issued regarding the registration processes of chemical substances under the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDIK).
Within the framework of the activities carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye, it has been made possible for registrations to be submitted in the form of individual registration dossiers, due to difficulties encountered in determining a lead registrant during the provisional registration processes for chemical substances.

In this context:
Individual provisional registration applications for chemical substances will be carried out by companies through the Chemical Registration System (KKS).
The deadline for individual provisional registrations has been set as 30 September 2026.
It is important for companies to complete their applications by the specified date.
