ANNOUNCEMENT OF LEASE TENDER FOR THE CULTİVATİON OF MEDİCİNAL AND AROMATİC PLANTS AND ORNAMENTAL PLANTS
In accordance with the official letter submitted to our Chamber by the Kütahya Governorship, Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, National Real Estate Directorate; it has been announced that immovable properties owned by the Treasury and located in the central district of Kütahya will be offered for lease by tender for the purpose of cultivating medicinal and aromatic plants as well as ornamental plants.
The aforementioned properties are located in the neighbourhoods of Enne, Hamidiye, İshakseydi, Kırgıllı and Alayunt, as well as in the villages of Kızılcaören, Karacaören Merkez and Turgutlar.
Interested natural and legal persons are required to submit their applications, together with the application form and its annexes, to the Kütahya National Real Estate Directorate between the start of business on 04 May 2026 and the close of business on 02 June 2026.
