ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE RISK-BASED TAXPAYER TRAINING (VDK-ROME) PROJECT
In the official correspondence conveyed to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), information has been provided regarding the Risk-Based Taxpayer Training (VDK-ROME) Project conducted by the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
The aforementioned project aims to clarify frequently raised questions from taxpayers concerning audits, invitation-to-explanation procedures and monitoring practices carried out as a result of risk analyses; to enhance taxpayers’ levels of tax compliance; and to ensure access to accurate and up-to-date information regarding processes based on risk analysis.

Furthermore, it has been stated that additional training sessions may be prepared upon request concerning topics where further instruction is required, and that cooperation may be established through the planning of joint symposiums, seminars and training activities.
