Views were also exchanged on KUTSO's recently implemented initiatives, member-oriented projects, activities aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and plans for the forthcoming period.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Esin Güral Argat stated that, since assuming office, the Board has attached great importance to maintaining continuous communication with both members and all stakeholders across the city, noting that decision-making processes have been shaped in line with the views and demands received directly from the field. Emphasising that KUTSO continues to operate with a management approach centred on listening to its members, identifying challenges on site and developing solution-oriented policies, Güral Argat said:

"As Kütahya's economy grows, the city will become stronger and achieve sustainable development. The path to this lies in acting together, making decisions through collective wisdom, and maintaining close engagement with the realities on the ground."

Güral Argat further underlined that KUTSO is not merely an institution providing services to its members, but also one that carries out initiatives contributing to Kütahya's economic future through consultation with all stakeholders. She described the media as an indispensable partner in the development of cities and expressed appreciation for the dedicated efforts of journalists, who serve as a strong communication bridge between the business community and the public. She also stressed that effective communication and accurate information are fundamental to strengthening a culture of collective wisdom.

The visits also provided an opportunity to assess the tangible outcomes of KUTSO's strengthened engagement with its members in recent years. It was noted that members' interest in the Chamber's activities has increased significantly, while higher membership fee payment rates and improved member satisfaction demonstrate the positive impact of the services delivered. Furthermore, KUTSO's institutional communication activities have received increasingly positive coverage across both print and digital media.

Media representatives, in turn, expressed their appreciation for the KUTSO management's active engagement with the business community, its direct communication with members, and its vision for the city's development. They noted that KUTSO has become more visible, more accessible and increasingly solution-oriented in recent years, adding that projects supporting the business community, initiatives strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and activities carried out through a collaborative approach have made valuable contributions to Kütahya. They also reaffirmed that the local media would continue to support the culture of cooperation established around the city's shared objectives.

The programme concluded with a constructive exchange of views, mutual expressions of goodwill and commemorative photographs.
