AHMET ŞERİF İZGÖREN MEETS WİTH KUTSO ASSEMBLY AND PROFESSİONAL COMMİTTEE MEMBERS

Educationalist and author Ahmet Şerif İzgören met with members of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO) Assembly and Professional Committees during the seminar titled “Teamwork and Systems Leadership”, hosted by KUTSO.

The seminar was attended by Harun Yurdagül, Speaker of the Assembly, Emin Yüce, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Assembly Presidium, Members of the Board of Directors, Assembly Members, and Professional Committee Members.

In his presentation, “Teamwork and Systems Leadership,” Ahmet Şerif İzgören shared his insights on organisational culture, teamwork, leadership, sustainable success, effective communication, and the importance of working towards shared objectives. Drawing on his knowledge and experience, he emphasised that a systems-oriented approach to management makes a significant contribution to long-term organisational success.

The seminar attracted significant interest and concluded with a question-and-answer session, followed by the presentation of a commemorative gift and a group photograph.
