Esin Güral Argat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO), together with Members of the Board of Directors, paid an official visit to the Kütahya Young Businesspeople and Executives Association (KÜGİAD). Alper Altun, Chairman of KÜGİAD, Mahmut Çetinbaş, Vice Chairman, and Members of the Board of Directors were present during the visit.
During the visit, discussions focused on the current state of the business community in Kütahya, sectoral developments, and efforts aimed at supporting young entrepreneurship. Evaluations were made regarding increasing the active role of young businesspeople in the business world, promoting a culture of entrepreneurship, and establishing a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this context, views were exchanged on supporting innovative business ideas, enabling entrepreneurs to engage more effectively with the business community, and enhancing inter-institutional cooperation.
During the visit, information was also provided on the projects carried out by KUTSO and the services it offers to its members, with particular emphasis placed on the importance of ensuring that young entrepreneurs benefit from these opportunities more effectively. In addition, assessments were made regarding the development of training programmes, mentoring processes, and platforms that bring together the business world and young entrepreneurs.
Esin Güral Argat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KUTSO, stated that the dynamism, innovative perspectives, and productivity of young businesspeople play a strategic role in the development of the Kütahya economy, and drew attention to the need for this potential to be properly guided and supported. Güral Argat also noted that, as KUTSO, they remain open to all forms of cooperation in order to help young entrepreneurs secure a stronger place in the business world.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to listen to the requests, expectations, and suggestions of the Members of the Board of Directors of KÜGİAD, and solution-oriented evaluations were carried out in an environment of mutual consultation. Possible steps towards developing joint projects, establishing business networks, and making more effective use of Kütahya’s economic potential were also discussed.
The visit concluded with mutual expressions of goodwill and evaluations regarding the implementation of joint initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation in the forthcoming period.
