KUTSO MANAGEMENT MEETS WITH MEMBERS OPERATING AT THE BUS TERMINAL

The Board of Directors of the Kütahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KUTSO) met with members operating at the Kütahya Intercity Bus Terminal to discuss the current state of the sector, businesses’ expectations and the city’s economy.

Esin Güral Argat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KUTSO, Fatih Alkış, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, M. Selman Hatipoğlu, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tolga Eskioğlu, Treasurer, and Board Members Melih Aslan, Semra Tozaraydın, Bekir Melih Karaaytaç and Reşit Dürrüoğlu visited KUTSO members operating at the Kütahya Intercity Bus Terminal.

Muhlis Uzunay and Murat Gazi Uzunay, operators of HATUYAS Tourism and the Kütahya Intercity Bus Terminal, together with Selman Tuğ, Director of the Kütahya Intercity Bus Terminal, also attended the meeting.

During the visit, discussions focused on the current situation of businesses operating at the bus terminal, developments in the sector, the challenges faced by members, and their requests and expectations. Views were exchanged on the contribution of the transport sector to the city’s economy and on initiatives that could be undertaken to support the sector’s development.

Esin Güral Argat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KUTSO, provided information on the Chamber’s activities and ongoing projects, emphasising that expanding the city’s economy remains a key priority for Kütahya. Stating that all stakeholders should contribute to the city’s development through collective wisdom and cooperation, Güral Argat also provided information on the Kütahya Development Report, which has been prepared as a roadmap for the economic and social development of Kütahya.

Güral Argat stated that KUTSO remains firmly committed to making more effective use of Kütahya’s potential and helping the city attain the position it deserves. She added that KUTSO would continue to place the views, suggestions and requests of its members at the heart of its activities and work in the best interests of the city.

The visit concluded with the exchange of mutual good wishes and the taking of a commemorative photograph, following discussions in which members shared their views, suggestions and requests.
