APPLICATIONS FOR THE JEAN MONNET SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME FOR THE 2027–2028 ACADEMIC YEAR ARE NOW OPEN

Applications are now open for the Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme for the 2027–2028 academic year, implemented by the Directorate for European Union Affairs and funded by the European Union.
Aiming to strengthen Türkiye’s qualified human resources with expertise in EU-related fields in line with the country’s European Union membership objective, the programme will provide scholarships to approximately 170 candidates. Of the available places, 50% are allocated to the public sector, 30% to universities and 20% to the private sector.
Successful applicants will be eligible to undertake postgraduate or research programmes in various fields of the EU acquis in European Union Member States.
