MPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING REAL ESTATE LEASING TENDER

The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Foundations, Kütahya Regional Directorate of Foundations, has announced the leasing of various real estates owned by merged (mazbut) and annexed (mülhak) foundations through an Open Tender Procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.
The essential details regarding the tender are as follows:
Tender Dates and Times: Tenders will be held on the specific dates and times indicated in the attached list (scheduled throughout April 2026).
Tender Location: Kütahya Regional Directorate of Foundations, Service Building Meeting Hall.
Property Details: The announcement covers a wide range of properties located in Kütahya Central, Tavşanlı, Simav, Emet, and Gediz districts, including shops, offices, lands, agricultural fields, and warehouses.
Specifications and Participation: Tender specification documents can be reviewed or obtained at the Kütahya Regional Directorate of Foundations during business hours. Participants are required to deposit the temporary guarantee fee and submit the necessary documents before the tender hour.
