SOİL PRODUCTS OFFİCE (TMO) – MARCH 2026 MAİZE SALES ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the directive issued by the General
Directorate of the Soil Products Office (TMO), maize held in the organisation’s
stocks has been offered for sale under the principles set out below.
Sales Scope
Maize available in stock has been offered for sale as of 24
February 2026, on a cash payment basis and in accordance with actual
consumption (one-month requirement), to the following sectors:
- Poultry
producers (white meat and egg sector),
- Feed
mills,
- Semolina
mills.
No sales will be made to the starch sector, crushers,
grinders or flake producers.
All payments must be made in cash; credit cards will not be
accepted.
Application Procedure
Applications shall be submitted via the TMO Electronic
Purchase and Sales Platform (ELASP).
Companies applying for ELÜS (Electronic Warehouse Receipt)
stocks are additionally required to open an account and complete membership
procedures with Licensed Warehousing Intermediary Institutions (ÜPAK).
Demand Collection and Schedule
- Demand
Collection Period: 24 February – 02 March 2026 (until 17:00)
- TÜRİB
Clearing Final Transaction Date: 10 March 2026
- Final
Payment Date for TMO Warehouse Stocks: 10 March 2026
- Final
Product Delivery Date: 31 March 2026
Actual Consumption and Documentation Requirements
- Companies
will be required to submit a Certificate of Activity dated 01 February
2026 or later, approved by the Chamber to which they are affiliated.
- Poultry
sector applicants must submit enterprise registration certificates
obtained from the relevant Provincial/District Directorates of Agriculture
and Forestry.
- Feed
and semolina mills must submit actual consumption documents for 2025 (or
for 2024 if 2025 documents cannot be obtained), certified by a Sworn-in
Certified Public Accountant (YMM).
- Actual
consumption calculations will be based on electricity consumption
documents.
- Sales
may be made up to one-twelfth (1/12) of the calculated actual consumption
amount for 2025.
Important Notes
- Applications
from companies failing to submit electricity consumption documents will
not be accepted.
- In
the event of detection of fraud or irregularity, the relevant companies
shall be banned from sales for a period of two years.
- Within
the scope of the cash sales system, wet-ink signed documentation will be
required.
